We ATMA undertake all Brands weighing scale under AMC, Once you have entered the scale in to AMC we will take responsibilities to maintain the weighing scale for the period of 1 year, We are Maintaining More than 10000 scale under AMC in various Industries the condition of as follow


Terms and Conditions Governing the Contract

  • This agreement comes into force when signed by or on behalf of the Customer and by authorized person of the Company.
  • The company will provide service to repair the weighing scale at the Customer’s request within a reasonable time of request from the Customer.
  • The contract doesn’t include any replacement of spare parts and is purely only a Labour contract.
  • The Company will not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the customer in the event of the company being prevented from or delayed in providing any service and performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement due to conditions constituting force majeure which shall include but not be limited to strikes, lockouts, concerted action by workmen, breakdown of communications, transport facilities etc.
  • It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide standard weights whenever the weighing scale needs calibration.
  • Supply of components will be subject to availability. The Company cannot be responsible in anyway when due to technological obsolescence, or situations beyond the Company’s control, the weighing scale remains unattended .No compensation is payable by the Company for business or output lost or downtime in such situations. However the Company will make all efforts to complete the job as expeditiously as possible.
  • The Company does not undertake any liability to the Customer in respect of any loss, damage, injury, demands, costs or expenses however caused or incurred in respect of the supply, use, or non functioning of the weighing scale.
  • This agreement is not transferable. In the event the Customer transfers or sells the weighing scale the contract will become null and void.
  • This agreement is offered for the present site of installation only.
  • This agreement becomes void if the machine is opened / repaired / modified / re-sited by anyone other than the Company’s engineer.
  • All service work will be carried out only during the working hours prevalent in the Company.
  • Any defect in the electrical installation independent of the system wiring, fluctuation of power supply, lack of electrical earthing etc., shall be attended to and rectified by the Customer and is neither the responsibility of the Company nor are they covered by this Agreement.
  • Any part replaced shall be of serviceable quality. All parts which have been removed shall become the property of the Company and its authorized service engineer shall be entitled to remove and carry away such parts from the Customer’s premises.
  • The Dealer will not provide or bear any cost of transportation in case it becomes necessary to bring the weighing scale to its Service Centre for repairs.
  • Stamping and verification of the weighing scale is the responsibility of the Customer. The Company will assist by servicing and calibrating the machine for presenting the weighing scale to Weights and Measures Department for verification and stamping. Stamping, incidental, penalty charges, if any and transportation charges etc., will have to be borne by the Customer.
  • The contract entered into is not liable for cancellation & no request for return or reimbursement of the fee paid will be entertained by the Company.
  • The Customer should provide unskilled Labour assistance, reasonable working space and electricity power points to the service engineers and due co-operation to complete their service functions.
  • In case of any accident at site, and in the event of any workmen’s compensation is payable then the same will be responsibility of the Customer.
  • It is the duty of the Customer to sign and affix seal (rubber stamp) on the installation report and service reports after servicing or changing defective components and whenever any amount is collected by the Company’s service personnel towards service or cost of spares.
  • The Company reserves the right to alter the premium amounts payable due to fluctuation of cost of wages and/or materials and other incidental charges/expenses.
  • In the event of any dispute the same shall only be referred to the proper courts of law in Chennai.
